DevOps: CI/CD and build system

Nalys supported theDevOps team on multiple fronts, from CI/CD migration to infrastructure management. Initially, the mission focused on moving CI from Prow to Buildkite, but quickly expanded to include Bazel-based builds, artifact storage with Artifactory, and Terraform infrastructure.

Our consultants worked hand in hand with the client, identifying bottlenecks, setting clear priorities, and implementing efficient solutions with tools such as Buildkite, Bazel, Docker, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Close collaboration and regular reviews ensured agility in a fast-paced environment.

Nalys consultants joined the client’s engineering team to provide DevOps expertise and embedded systems know-how. Working with tools such as OpenWRT, Linux, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GCC, Valgrind, GDB, Wireshark, and GitLab CI, our team ensured seamless integration and continuous delivery.

Flexibility was also key: with managers who understand the technical constraints of development, the project was organized around remote work options and regular sync meetings to keep collaboration smooth and efficient.
