Our program guarantees the best conditions for your future project at one of our 50 customers around Europe.
As we are a high technology consulting company, our engineers bring technical expertise to major players of the industry. And we make sure that you get the best supports to perform your job. Practically, each project starts with a kick-off gathering the engineer, his/her project manager and the customer to define the mission & the main targets. Every 3 months, a project review is planned to make sure that the mission is going well and bring supports when needed. Each project ends with a closure meeting to analyse the main success as well as the improvement points.

Before being a consulting company, Nalys is a community of passionate people working on various technologies. As our engineers are evolving at different customers’ sites, we’ve created technical communities so Nalys experts can meet and share from time to time. Today Nalys hosts 8 communities organising meetings, collective trainings, coaching sessions, R&D projects, presentations and conferences on a regular basis.
But even more importantly, each Nalys employee is part of a technical cell: a small team of engineers focused around one expertise or technology. We’ve divided those trainings following 2 paths to cover every need: project related trainings to improve your performance on mission, and career trainings to support your career evolution.
This training policy is complementary with the coaching sessions, technical events and other best practices sharing occurring usually within each Nalys Technical Cell.

Nalys has been built around a strong company culture which promotes performance and conviviality. In addition to our technical communities, we organise regular events, after-works, table tennis tournaments and many more! Nalys engineers also have the occasion to meet outside work during the Nalys clubs activities such as sailing, music, football, running and even wine tasting. ;-)
In September 2016, the Nalys Institute of Technology (NIT) launched our very first graduate program. The idea was simple: create an 8-week course to train freshly graduated Software engineers and give them all the knowledge required to become efficient developers working in the industry. 6 weeks of intensive training,
2 weeks of graduation project and a 6-month experience in a company, under the supervision of a Nalys coach. This first graduate program was such a success that we’ve decided to create 3 new graduates programs following the same recipe for 2017. And probably more will follow in the coming years!
Based on discussions and interactions with different leading actors of the technology industry, we noticed that our customers have high expectations for Embedded Linux Software and Java Developers. Beside the academic background of SW development, they are actively looking for talented people with the good way of thinking, hands-on approach to problems, and insights in how to develop 'good' software. Hence our experts under the supervision of the Nalys Institute of Technology (N.I.T.) defined tailored programs to meet this challenge.
Our current 8-week graduates programs are tailored for software developers with less than 1 year of professional experience, yet are keen to build a career in Embedded Linux Software Development or Java Development environment. They all start with a 6 weeks period of intensive trainings. In addition to a common track gathering the main technical knowledge, our program follows specialisation tracks related to the current market like Automotive Software, Telecommunication or Application. Our trainings are provided by experiences experts and official training institutes. Following this 6 first weeks, 2 weeks are dedicated to the realisation of a graduation project using the acquired skills.
To complete their course, our graduates perform a 6 months project for one of the 50 Nalys exciting customers all over Europe, under the supervision of a Nalys coach. Those small development projects permit to put in application what have been learnt the 2 preview months. Furthermore, they represent an excellent opportunity to discover new work environments and to work on projects which are usually done by most experimented engineers. The Nalys coaches are also a real knowledge booster for our graduates and their advices combined with the day-to-day project challenges are probably the best lesson you can get.
