About the job
We start expending our activities in different countries from this year.
Based in Paris, you will be focused on recruiting middle managers and associates in Europe (Benelux, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, France).
You will be in charge to identify and recruit our futures leaders and talents.
This position can offer important perspectives of evolution, depending on your results and skills.
START UP PHASE
- You focused on recruiting middle managers and associates in Europe
- You are in charge of the entire recruitment process (from the selection until the signature)
- You are in charge of identifying future talents on those channels (including hunting activities)
- You structure and are in charge of all our visibility channels (jobboards, job fairs, alumni networks, targeted schools …)
- You create and animate the recruitment assessments and selections
- Propose initiatives to improve continuously the current processes or to innovate in terms of recruitment activities
Depending on your management skills, creativity and capacity of structuring the function as well as on our growth:
- You contribute to HR projects: internal events, career management, referral program...
- You contribute to the development of the process and standards, methodology applied to role-playing, induction, objectives & bonus letters...
- You can participate to the global recruitment strategy
- You can manage a team of recruiters or become recruitement manager

- You have a previous experience of at least 2 years in recruitment
- You have a master degree
- You speak English and/or French fluently and/or German
- Strong organization skills and capable of setting priorities
- Results oriented
- Excellent communicator
- An experience abroad will be a major plus
