At Nalys we offer different technical services to our customers, which also means different technical environments for our engineers. Our projects range from individual mission integrated into an existing team to multi-skills project for which we deploy an entire Nalys team. Combined with the technical challenges of each industry, those different project-modes guarantee a wide range of experiences! Consulting is the most common service in the technology industry. As an engineer, it consists in working within a customer's team to offer them your skills and expertise on a specific project. Most of the time, the project is defined for a specific duration (13 months on average at Nalys). And as we do nothing like others, we decided to go further and guarantee the quality of our projects (for both our engineers and our customers) through systems like 3-months project reviews with the implementation of technical support such as coaching and a vast catalogue of digital resources.
TaaS is Nalys’ special service: a brand new model developed especially for the technology industry. This service centre is created on demand for each customer to address complex technical projects while committing to the quality of the results and performance. As a Nalys engineer, working on a TaaS project is the promise to integrate a dream team. This specific organisation based on a clever mix of coaching, project follow-up and continuous evaluation guarantees a unique work environment. And you know what? We even have been awarded “innovative starter of the year” in 2015 for the development of the TaaS model.
After years of existence and amazing projects for several key players in the industry, Nalys engineers started to identify a solution to be deployed at customers. The DevOps solution was born! And because there is no one-solution-fits-all, the DevOps service center is adapted to the different technical environment and specific needs of our customers. Who’s better suited to deploy it than the engineers who developed it in the first place? This solution is a concrete answer to technological issues and development challenges, from small to large companies. The various services of this solution include: productivity improvement, test automation, CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure and agile way of working.
The Nalys Institute of Technology is our internal training centre. This is where, for example, people who will later work on TaaS projects are trained. The department is mainly in charge of our graduate programs. These training sessions are designed to train new generations of engineers in different areas of software, web applications and automation... On the program: 8 weeks of intense training and practical cases followed by 6 months of project coaching at an industrial company. A unique opportunity to launch your career but also to develop new skills for Nalys engineers who participate in the creation and animation of the different programs.
