At Nalys we offer different technical services to our customers, also meaning different work environments for our engineers. Our range of projects goes from individual mission within a customer’s team to multi-skills project within a complete Nalys team. Combined with the technical challenges of each industry, those different project-modes guarantee a wide range of experiences in the job! Consulting is the most common service in the technology industry. As an engineer, it consists in working at a customer's team to offer them your skills and expertise on a specific project. Most of the time, it is agreed for a specific period (1,5 year on average at Nalys). And as we do nothing like the others, we’ve decided to go further to guarantee the quality of our services (for both our engineers and our customers) through features like 3-months project reviews, technical support such as coaching or trainings and many other more.
After years of amazing projects for many key players in their industries, Nalys engineers started to share best practices. Development methods, project management, audit, non-conformity management… We’ve transformed those brilliant ideas into State-of-the-art business solutions which are now a part of our excellence centre services. Those technical solutions offer interesting projects for experts or people who are willing to learn more about specific skills while implementing these hand-key services for a customer.
TaaS is Nalys’ baby: a brand new model that we’ve designed for the technology industry. This service centre is created on demand for each customer to address complex technical projects with concrete engagements on the performance. As an engineer, working on a TaaS project is the promise to integrate a Nalys dream team. Its specific organisation based on coaching, data management, team-work and a strong unity guarantee a unique work environment. Until this day, every customer or Nalys engineer who worked on a TaaS is willing to recommend this awesome service. And you know what? We even have been awarded “innovative starter of the year” in 2015 for our TaaS model. What else!
The Nalys Institute of Technology is our internal academy training skilled professionals for TaaS projects and our consulting services. This department is in charge of various projects such as training plans for our customers, or high technology projects. Lately, the N.I.T. started to create tailored graduate programs composed of 3 main steps: 6 weeks of intensive training. 2 weeks to complete a challenging graduation project, to use and apply all knowledge gathered during the training. Last step: 6 months of coaching while working on a first project for one of our customers.
