The main idea behind TaaS is simple: offering a configurable service that allows companies to deliver their projects faster and for a better price. It provides more flexibility, cost efficiency and learning, whether the needs be in consulting, expertise or result-based projects.
Nalys’ TaaS is a “result-based service”, which is radically different from a ”deliverable-based service” (also called fixed-price). The definition of results is wider. It can include work packages, performance commitments and even general expectations agreed upon with KPIs.
The first step of a TaaS project (optimization and KPI proposal) doesn’t need specifying, meaning we can start immediately!
