Today our engineers are working on many expertise fields for various customers. Nalys internal structure has been thought to offer the best technological answers to our customers and the best work environment to our employees. The TaaS project mode is Nalys' solution to drive innovation further on technology markets by offering a different way of working for our customers, as well as our engineers. A fully dedicated division has been created within the company to sustain its development.
Its goal: to boost the development of our new model by promoting it toward our customers and implementing it internally. Indeed, TaaS projects offer new types of missions for engineers. Express trainings at customers for juniors and young graduates, coaching roles for seniors, advanced technical expertise tasks, project-based or management roles… This new ways of handling projects in the technology industry comes with new roles & specialisations for engineers.
