This is why we’ve designed a 3-year entrepreneurship plan for our business positions.

Within those 3 years, you will have the opportunity to develop a company on your own within the group following those steps: 1st year: to create a successful business, 2nd and 3rd year: to confirm that you can handle bigger teams, 4th year and more: run your show. This program is designed for ambitious, go-for-it people who know what they want and have endless energy to spend! Team players, results driven, solution makers.... If that's you… Let's meet!

4 GROWING PATHS FOR YOUR CAREER

  • ENTREPRENEUR

    As an Entrepreneur, your challenge will be to create your company on a sector you experienced before... but with your own shares. We will train and guide you at every step. You bring your ambition, a strong will to succeed, and a huge dose of problem solving! Oh.. Bring a limitless passion for what you do because this is more than a job!

    The Entrepreneur will start from scratch a new venture with shares.
     

  • MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Managing directors write their success thanks to their team. They are leaders who have the talent to coach and bring people to success and keep them motivated and are supportive to each other. They can also structure processes to scale their results up!

    The Director will be promoted to a leadership position on an existing perimeter.


     

  • GLOBE TROTTER

    Globe Trotters will expand Nalys' activities internationally. Our ambition is global. All we need are passionate entrepreneurs who can adapt to a new market with its business and cultural specificities. We will coach you and guide you to success on our mature markets first, before planning the move with you. All our capacities will be streamlined to support your success there on our new frontiers!

    Once ready, the Globe Trotter starts a 6 months' period to actively prepare his/her move, and then fly away!
     
     

  • TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

    As a talent acquisition specialist, your mission will be to make the company grow. Always motivated and ready for new challenges, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment cycle for one of our engineering communities. In a second step, you will use your management skills, creativity and capacity of structuring to contribute to HR projects (internal events, induction process, referral program...) and much more!

CAREER, EVOLUTION AND BENEFIT PLAN

At Nalys, every business and support job comes with exciting challenges, great responsibility & attractive rewards. We offer the opportunity for you to join one of the most exciting environments at the heart of new technology and to rock in what you are good at. If you know how to do your job, you won’t wait ages to skyrocket! Our plan is simple: 3 years, 3 stages and you run your own show!

Every stage comes with targets to reach and the support to make it happen. If you succeed, you move to the next stage. If you don't, we extend the stage duration and put a specific support plan for you to reach it. For the business positions, you only have 2 qualification stages to pass, and then you can play your own game!
 

  • CAREER PLAN

    The first stage is used to confirm that you can manage recurrent business. In our activity, this means both sales and recruitment. During this business year, the emphasis is put on prospection and identification of opportunities on the market, recruitment, gap closing and negotiation.

    2nd stage: once you have mastered the business processes, we will give you a 2-year target with much autonomy, and we will add the resources that you need to succeed. During this stage, emphasis is put on management, as it is the key aspect for a sustainable growth.

    3rd Stage: now you have proven that you can develop a sustainable business and manage complex situations. It's time to run your own show...
     

  • BENEFIT PLAN

    For the business position, our package includes all complementary items: an attractive salary, company car or equivalent package (depending on country habits), full assurance plan, complete social security plan, laptop and phone plan. In addition to your compensation plan, we offer a very attractive bonus plan, linked to your results. The yearly package ranges from 25 k€ up to 45 k€. With the second phase of the career evolution comes the intrapreneur plan and its complementary bonus linked to the profit & loss statement. This package can be transferred into the Entrepreneur Plan when you get shares of your spin-off.



     

  • WHAT WE BRING

    We give you access to a unique experience, usually reserved to C-level managers!

    Our Management Coaches focus on personal development as well as communication, so you grow as a professional but first as a person... We spend every year more than 100 k€ investment on those topics. Our Project-Management training is an equivalence to the foundation levels from the Prince2, PMI and 6 Sigma methodologies. It also includes the equivalence to an entry MBA course on business strategy. Jack Welch, in his book "Winning", lists the secret sauce for a new venture's success: Pick the best, most passionate leaders (that's you!). Make sure that the management is the greatest cheerleader (that's us!). Fuel it with everything you have!” We believe in it! That is why our entrepreneurs have privileged access to all our resources. Their success is our success!
     

  • ENROLMENT PROCESS

    Stage 1: send us your career plan. Submit your 5 years' plan: what would you like to achieve for yourself? Why you think you can make it? Have you already thought about the way to manage it or even experimented it?

    Stage 2:  general assessment. If your plan is selected, you will present it to our Entrepreneurship Enrolment Manager. We want to feel your passion, persistence, and commitment to it! We would also answer all the questions you want, so you get ready for stage 3...

    Stage 3: business plan. Build a business plan as accurate as you can, including a business development strategy.

    Stage 4: Assessment day. Let's meet to know each other better. This day will walk you through different tests and simulations. You will also defend your business plan in front of our board.
