It’s training time for the Life-sciences Staff!

On Monday, 4 people of the internal Life Sciences team received their diploma for having passed a level 1 certification in Qualification & Validation. The goal: have our managers and recruiters up to speed on the technical level so they can provide the best opportunities to Nalys engineers and better understand our customer as well as our candidate. This special Qualification & Validation training has been developed and given by Benoit, one of Nalys talented engineer. In addition to his current project with the customer, Benoit takes part in internal missions for Nalys on a regular basis as a part of his career evolution. This exclusive system permits him to wear several hats such as coach, trainer and account delivery manager (the person in charge of our project’s quality for costumers).
